screenshot-001 should GuidesAPI docs

Screenshots must be cropped to show only relevant content, must not include personally identifying information (PII), and should be consistent in operating system and visual style within a document or doc set.

Examples

  • ✓ A screenshot cropped to the Permissions panel, with the signed-in account shown as jane@example.com
  • ✗ A full-desktop screenshot that includes other open windows, browser tabs, and the signed-in user’s real email address

Rationale

A tight crop focuses the reader, removing PII protects real people, and a consistent operating system and style avoid distraction.
